Program Resources
Want to add your program to SCUF’s program list?
Our aim is to support transparency and quality in emergency medicine ultrasound fellowships.
By including your program on SCUF’s program listing, fellowship applicants can compare program offerings and submit a standard application across programs during the national match, helping you get qualified candidates.
SCUF works with the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) to aid programs and applicants in the national match for fellowships in Advanced Emergency Medicine Ultrasonography.
Program Requirements
- Programs must stay current on Program Fees ($700 / year).
- Program fees are due by July 1 each year.
- A 10% late fee will apply to those payments received between July 2 – August 31.

- The Fellowship Program Director must maintain membership with SCUF ($100/year).
- Programs are required to maintain an accurate list of billing contacts, emails, and phone numbers with SCUF to facilitate communication.

Frequently Asked Questions
The match has closed, and I’d like to hire a fellow after the fact. Do I need to do anything with SCUF to hire the fellow?
- Yes – it’s required that programs not participating in the Match (or hiring after the match) submit a request to SCUF prior to filling the position. We’ll also need your fellow’s contact information to ensure they receive a free membership during their fellowship.
- Fill out our request form. We’ll be in contact with you with any additional steps you need to take prior to filling the position.
When is payment due?
- Program fees are due by July 1. All payments received from July 2-August 31 include a 10% late fee.
- Programs that did not pay dues will be removed from the list in September.
How do I pay my program fees?
Log into the program system. There, you can find instructions for paying your program’s fees.

My edits to my program listing aren’t showing up on the website.
All edits to the program system are pushed through after 11:59pm CT on the day they were made. Please check back the next day, or let our staff know if it is urgent. Thank you for your patience!
I believe a violation of the SCUF policies has occurred / I have a suggestion for the policies. How can I report it?
We accept suggestions to the SCUF policies to better protect both programs and applicants in the application process.
If you believe a violation of the policies has occurred (by an applicant or a program), please submit the violation and any supporting documentation to our team for review. This can be made anonymous.
