Submissions
We are extremely excited about our upcoming annual meeting in Chattanooga, Tennessee during September 2026. We are accepting submissions at this time — see below for more details on getting your work recognized on the national stage!
Here is a quick guide to the different types of submissions.
SCUF26 Research Rapid Oral Abstract Submission
Abstracts for in-person presentation are due July 1, 2026. The top 3 abstracts will be selected for presentation. If you have any questions regarding your submission, please contact Joseph Pare at joseph_pare@brown.edu .
SCUF26 Fellow Research Poster Submission
Posters are due July 1, 2026. All posters submissions will be reviewed and scored by the SCUF Research Subcommittee. Awards will be announced at SCUF26. If you have any questions regarding your submission, please contact Joseph Pare at joseph_pare@brown.edu.
SCUF26 SonoSTAR Image Competition
Teach the SCUF community with your best POCUS clips! Submit a high-quality POCUS clip, a brief clinical vignette, and a teaching infographic for a chance to present on the national stage at SCUF26!
The best submissions will reveal uncommon pathology or highlight unique presentations of more common diagnoses. Submissions will be scored by a panel based on the criteria below, with the top-scoring submissions being selected to be presented live and displayed at SCUF26.
