On-site registration may be available, though seating will not be available for additional sessions, such as the Fellows Hands-On Content or phantom workshop.
Fellows: A morning of hands-on content is included in the price of registration for fellows. Be sure to select the session before checkout—spots are limited to 100 fellows!
New: We’re excited to offer phantom building workshops for faculty and fellows to make and take home their own phantoms! Signup is limited to 40 people per session.
- Advanced sessions: 2 sessions on Tuesday, limited to faculty only, $25/person
- Basic session: 1 session on Wednesday, limited to fellows only, $20/person
SCUF 2026 Cancellation Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@scufellowships.org. A full refund, minus a $50.00 administrative fee, will be processed for refund requests received on or before September 4. Refunds will not be given for requests received after September 4.
No shows, early departures and postponed arrivals will not be reimbursed. Refunds will be processed following the Annual Conference.
SCUF reserves the right to cancel any program and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.
